Journaling- Journaling is a great way to get your thoughts and feelings out if you’re not interested in talking to someone. Try journaling after your meditation.
Tea time- Tea is good for the soul. Herbal teas are great ways to de-stress and heal from the inside out.
Exercise- Take care of your body, it’s the only one you have. You can’t say you love yourself if you aren’t moving your body to promote heart health. Get moving!
